All head and assistant coaches must be formally licensed as per RRSO Board Policies and Procedures. Licensing requires attending classes needed to obtain the appropriate license. These coaching classes are offered at various times and locations. Rocky River Soccer Organization will pay the associated costs.

Coaches must also submit to a risk management background check and take a 20 minute concussion awareness course (see link above).

All persons interested in coaching should contact the Rocky River Soccer Organization president.

For insurance reasons, no unrostered parent may participate in any practice, game, clinic, camp, or tournament. This extends to all Rocky River Soccer Organization sanctioned events. This restriction does not extend to indoor winter soccer, as indoor soccer is not a sanctioned event. Coaches are expected to enforce this policy without exception.
