The Rocky River Soccer Organization's main purpose is to provide opportunities for its players to play soccer at competitive levels against teams from other communities. We are not a recreation soccer program, we are a competitive soccer program that strives to promote soccer in our community. 

In order to play soccer at competitive levels, player evaluation is necessary to determine team placement. In addition to coach evaluations, the RRSO will conduct player evaluations after registration closes during the first two weeks of June. 

The guidelines provided below are intended to help inform team formation for the upcoming season. They were established to be compliant with player development initiatives established by the United States Soccer Federation, US Club Soccer, and the Ohio Travel Soccer League.
